Charlotte Phelps, a former Banking Chief of Staff, Freelance Consultant, and Entrepreneur, is the Founder of The Alchemy of Being, a platform dedicated to empowering individuals through transformative experiences and holistic health practices.

Her journey from the corporate world to holistic health began with a decade-long struggle with unexplained health issues throughout her 20s, even while climbing the corporate ladder at Barclays. This culminated in both a Chief of Staff role at Barclays Wealth and a terminal prognosis, sparking a profound personal transformation.

Forced to explore unconventional options to survive, Charlotte not only regained her health but also underwent a transformative journey of soul, mind, and body. This experience ignited a deep passion to understand how she had lived and to share her knowledge with others, leading her to leave the corporate rat race.

Leveraging her experience in strategic management and operations, Charlotte transitioned into freelance consulting, where she particularly enjoyed working with small businesses and startups focused on making a positive impact.

Alongside her professional pursuits, Charlotte has pursued extensive education in holistic health. She earned a degree from Quantum University, studying with luminaries such as Bruce Lipton and Lynne McTaggart, and holds certifications in functional medicine, anatomy, and herbalism to name a few. She has also participated in research projects with Dr. Joe Dispenza and studied with thought leaders such as Dr. John Demartini and Tony Robbins.
