Cecilia’s passion for health began early, growing up in a Latin American immigrant family where food was a central expression of love. However, like many, she saw how ultra-processed foods led to unhealthy lifestyle shifts, driving her to make intentional choices to prevent chronic conditions like Type 2 diabetes and obesity.

Her perspective deepened while living in Brazil, where she faced personal health challenges and embraced a slower, more mindful approach to wellness. Applying her background in public health and nutrition, she transformed her own health through simple yet powerful habits: movement, meditation, whole foods, and stress reduction. This journey ignited her commitment to health coaching.

Cecilia later pursued an MBA in Spain, determined to build a business that merged her passion for lifestyle medicine with impactful patient care. That vision led her to partner with John Dieser, founder and CEO of Terra Health Coaching, to integrate health coaching into the Direct Primary Care model. Together, they bridge the gap between doctors' offices and patient homes, empowering individuals to create lasting change.
