Catherine Cabrera

Resident in Counseling/Therapist

Catherine Cabrera is passionate about helping women build confidence and loving relationships with themselves and others. Cabrera has lived experience with people-pleasing, perfectionism, debilitating anxiety, an eating disorder, and multiple toxic and abusive relationships, spending years feeling like this was the way it was going to be - feeling hopeless and emotionally vulnerable. However, in 2022, after a traumatic breakup, she refused to live another day feeling weak and unhappy. Through her recovery process, she has dedicated her time as a therapist and coach to help others accomplish the very thing she sought after: inner peace.

Cabrera's mission is to empower women to live their lives authentically, creating a safe space to build confidence, challenge their internalized beliefs, and practice the skills needed to build themselves up through curiosity and compassion.
