Brooke LaLone
Marriage and Family Therapist
Brooke LaLone, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York State. She attended the University of Rochester, School of Medicine & Denistry for her masters of science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and graduated in 2020. Brooke currently works in her own private practice in Rochester, NY. She specializes in Neurodiversity, eating disorders, trauma, and perinatal mental health. While she works with a diverse spectrum of specialities, she will take her time to get to know each client personally to tailor their treatment to their needs.
Brooke takes pride in being transparent in what drives her passion in supporting her clients; her own lived experience. She believes that being honest and vulnerable, that can allow for others to feel safe to open up to begin to heal. Brooke is very open about her own ADHD diagnosis later in life, and how that impacts her in all realms of her life. Not just ADHD's challenges, but also it's superpowers it gives her. Her own awareness of it has sparked her hunger for knowledge on how Neurodiversity impacts relationships and parenting, which are still fairly new topics in the mental health field.
Brooke also provides professional trainings and speaking events on the topic of Neurodiversity locally in Rochester, NY and also online worldwide. She hopes to reach more mental, medical, and educational professionals about the profound impact unknown Neurodiversity can have, and create better outcomes for providers and clients. She enjoys exploring her creative side through writing, creating t-shirts to help crush mental health stigmas, and crafting instagram posts for her business page.
