Brittney Hall
Entrepreneur and CEO
Brittney Hall is a visionary entrepreneur, growth strategist, and the powerhouse CEO behind The Revenue Agency. But long before she was helping entrepreneurs turn bold ideas into market-ready offers, she was a small-town girl in Oregon, soaking up life lessons while watching her parents build a business from the ground up.
“My parents were my first example of what it looked like to work hard, take risks, and build something meaningful,” Brittney says. “They didn’t just give me permission to dream big; they showed me how to make it real.”
Even as a kid, Brittney had that entrepreneurial fire. At a young age, she had business cards printed and started offering her services for odd jobs around town. Whether it was babysitting, organizing, or any task a neighbor needed done, Brittney wasn’t afraid to pitch herself or solve problems. That early resourcefulness and grit would lay the foundation for a dynamic career rooted in service, strategy, and leadership.
Brittney’s professional journey started in health and wellness. At just 18, she began working at a gym and quickly fell in love with the transformational power of fitness, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
“I loved seeing people build confidence in themselves. There’s something really powerful about helping someone realize what they’re capable of not just in their body, but in their mindset.”
That passion quickly evolved into purpose. By age 30, Brittney had built a thriving business helping people lose weight, reclaim their health, and transform their lives. But the real breakthrough came when she expanded her vision, scaling a team of over 100 coaches and stepping fully into her gift for leadership.
Building and leading that team became a masterclass in growth, communication, and culture. Brittney discovered her natural ability to inspire people, bring out the best in them, and create systems that empowered others to lead with confidence.
“I learned that leadership isn’t just about casting vision; it’s about being in the trenches with your team, building relationships, and making sure everyone feels seen, supported, and aligned with the mission.”
After more than a decade of success in health and wellness, Brittney began to notice a pattern. Whether it was coaches, creatives, or service-based entrepreneurs, so many brilliant people were stuck, not because they lacked passion or potential, but because they didn’t have the right strategy, systems, or support to scale.
“I saw the same problems over and over again: broken operations, unclear messaging, sales processes that didn’t work, and offers that weren’t built to convert,” she says. “The frustrating part? Most of it was totally avoidable.”
That realization sparked a bold idea and an even bolder leap. In 2024, Brittney stepped away from a secure salary and successful wellness business to launch The Revenue Agency, a consultancy built to help entrepreneurs grow with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
“I wanted to build a company where people could feel safe to dream big and supported in actually making it happen,” Brittney says. “And I wanted to control the culture. I knew what kind of environment I wanted to work in, and I didn’t see enough of it in the business world.”
Today, The Revenue Agency helps coaches, service providers, and personal brands turn their vision into real, scalable revenue through smart marketing, offer strategy, and sales systems that work. From brand positioning and messaging to product creation and high-converting customer journeys, Brittney and her team focus on the details that truly move the needle.
What sets Brittney apart isn’t just her experience it’s how she thinks. She sees business from a customer-first lens, constantly asking: Why would someone want to spend their time and money on this? Is the experience exceptional? Does it meet a real need?
That clarity, combined with an innate sense of creativity and deep understanding of both marketing and sales, allows her to help clients craft offers that sell and scale.
“My clients always say I can see what they can’t,” she says. “I can take a messy vision and shape it into something that makes sense, feels aligned, and actually sells. That’s my zone of genius.”
But her magic isn’t just strategic; it’s personal. Clients are drawn to Brittney not just for her sharp insights but for her grounded energy, honesty, and genuine care. “I don’t just want people to win; I want them to feel good doing it. Business should be fun. You can be wildly successful and build a life you love.”
Whether she’s leading a strategy session or mentoring a team member, Brittney is always thinking about culture. She’s passionate about building teams that feel like family, where collaboration, innovation, and fun fuel the work.
That passion traces back to her days in wellness, leading a team of 100+ coaches across the country. She saw firsthand how the right environment could transform people from overwhelmed and under-supported to confident, clear, and high-performing.
“Culture isn’t just a vibe; it’s a strategy,” she says. “When people feel connected, empowered, and clear on their role, everything grows faster.”
That’s the same approach she now brings to The Revenue Agency: hiring incredible humans, cultivating psychological safety, and creating a space where creativity, ownership, and joy are part of the day-to-day.
One of Brittney’s favorite parts of the entrepreneurial journey? Getting to build it alongside her husband and best friend, Ryan Hall. Together, they lead The Revenue Agency Brittney as the visionary strategist and Ryan as the operational and financial backbone.
Their partnership brings a balance of big ideas and tactical execution, with plenty of laughter, debates, and shared wins along the way. And while business is a big part of their lives, it’s not the whole story.
At home, Brittney and Ryan are raising two amazing kids, navigating school drop-offs, family dinners, and the beautiful chaos of entrepreneurship meets parenthood.
“Being in business with my spouse is the biggest blessing,” Brittney says. “We know each other’s strengths, we trust each other deeply, and we’re building something that supports our family and serves the world. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.”
At her core, Brittney is driven by impact. She wants to help more people win authentically, sustainably, and without the burnout that’s all too common in entrepreneurship.
She’s on a mission to help visionary founders:
Clarify their message
Craft irresistible offers
Build systems that support real growth
And scale businesses that reflect who they are
But beyond the strategy, Brittney is here to model something deeper: that you can lead with integrity, build a life you love, and do meaningful work without sacrificing your values, family, or well-being.
“I want people to know that success doesn’t have to look like hustle and burnout. It can feel aligned. It can feel joyful. You can build your version of success, and you don’t have to do it alone.”
As The Revenue Agency continues to grow, Brittney’s vision remains clear: help more entrepreneurs unlock their brilliance, own their lane, and build businesses that thrive for the long haul.
With her bold strategy, contagious energy, and genuine love for people, there’s no doubt Brittney Hall is just getting started.
