Bijal Shah is a distinguished Leadership & Mindset Coach. She is a former headteacher specialising in school improvement and has worked in the UK and internationally. Whilst riding the waves of a successful career, she spent most of her time working and had no time or energy to spend with loved ones or to enjoy life’s pleasures. On her 40th birthday (during the pandemic), a friend asked her a question that would change the trajectory of her life forever… knowing that Bijal loves the summer months, her friend asked her, “how many more summers have you got left to live, and how do you want to spend them?” It was this question that led Bijal on a journey of self-discovery and transformation where she discovered the Human Design system, and it changed her life! She successfully used the power of the game changing Human Design system to create a life of alignment, authenticity and purpose, both in her personal and professional life.
 
As Bijal delved into the transformational world of Human Design, she discovered the blueprint of her true nature, strengths, weaknesses, gifts, potential, purpose, areas where she was prone to conditioning from others and the outside the world. She innately knew that the Human Design System had great potential to transform leadership, teams and organisational excellence.

As Bijal began integrating the insights from her Human Design profile into her day-to-day leadership, she noticed significant enhancements in her productivity, decision-making, relationships, communication, and overall wellbeing. Additionally, she leveraged the Human Design System to evaluate her team's strengths and optimise their working methods, resulting in a more dynamic and cohesive team.

For the first time, she began to truly appreciate the essence of her being. As she used the Human Design system to guide her towards a life of alignment, authenticity, purpose and abundance, she knew it was the ‘missing piece of the puzzle’ for leaders, teams, organisations and humanity!

In Bijal’s opinion, Human Design is the ultimate self-discovery tool. Anyone can use the insights from their Human Design to improve their personal and professional life.
