Ber-Henda Williams

Feminine Leadership Coach

Ber-Henda Williams is a bilingual soul coach, speaker, and feminine leadership expert committed to empowering women to align their businesses with their soul’s purpose. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with established feminine founders, entrepreneurs, and organizations to create transformative strategies that break generational cycles and foster impactful leadership.

A proud graduate of Wayne State University with a BA in Spanish and a minor in International Marketing, Ber-Henda combines her passion for cultural advocacy and personal transformation. She has facilitated workshops for prominent organizations such as SXSW, Alternatives for Girls, Women Organize Michigan, and ELLAS Latina Women’s Leadership Program. Her dynamic approach integrates empathy, innovation, and purpose, allowing her clients to deepen their impact and align their work with their values.

Ber-Henda’s work extends beyond coaching. As a multi-disciplined artist and poet, she uses her voice to inspire authenticity and equity. She has hosted cultural events, performed at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History and The Music Hall, and spoken at Toyota Motor Company’s Juneteenth Celebration. Her bilingual skills have supported initiatives for IBM and Detroit’s QLine.

Through her signature programs, including "A Year to Clear" and the "Culture Shift(Hers) Movement," Ber-Henda creates safe spaces for women to thrive, find clarity, and lead with intention. She is deeply committed to helping organizations implement people-centered strategies while amplifying the voices of women in business and community leadership.

When she’s not coaching or facilitating, Ber-Henda is working on her forthcoming coffee table book celebrating BIPOC women and femme leaders, which includes a global business directory. A believer in the power of connection and authenticity, she invites individuals to step into their brilliance, align their work with their soul, and create lasting impact in their communities.
