It's a fragile period for kids who often struggle to maintain their identity. Anxiety is contagious, so being a calm, centered parent is crucial. Modeling mental fitness is the first step toward building our kids' confidence.

Barb believes there is no such thing as 'failure,' only valuable lessons. It's never too soon or too late to retrain the mind to be our best selves and parents. Her coaching programs promote a growth mindset. Parents will navigate the challenges of raising tweens and teens with newfound purpose.

Barb blends professional expertise and compassionate support. If you have a strong desire to help your kids manage the tween and teen challenges, mental fitness is the 'how.' It starts with your mindset. Take the free Saboteur Assessment to identify the unhelpful characters in your mind. Let's put an end to self-sabotage first.
