She is also the Founder & CEO of the C3EB Summit - Culturally Competent Conversations for Equity and Belongingness. Dr. AJ is a trained social-personality psychologist, a certified professional executive and leadership coach, an advanced practitioner of professional development tools and assessments, a podcaster, a published author and recognized thought leader, and a two-time Traumatic Brain Injury survivor. Her life's work entails "Making The Invisible Visible for Better Belongingness".
