Anna Boltenko

Transformational Leader

Anna Boltenko, PhD, PCC, CCS, is a transformational leader in change management, with over 15 years of experience across Edtech, academia, fintech, and the IT industry. As the founder of RE.SET Coaching and Mentoring, Anna has dedicated her career to helping individuals and teams embrace change, unlock their potential, and achieve lasting success through her innovative game-based coaching methods.

Anna’s journey began in academia, where she was a respected educator and mentor. However, her life took a dramatic turn when she immigrated to Canada, leaving behind her established career and community. The experience of starting over in a new country brought immense challenges—feelings of isolation, self-doubt, and the struggle to rebuild her identity in an unfamiliar world. But instead of being defeated by these obstacles, Anna channeled her struggles into strength, using her personal experience as the foundation for her coaching work.

Driven by her own transformation, Anna created a proprietary coaching game designed to help others navigate life’s most difficult transitions with confidence and clarity. Her game-based approach empowers individuals and teams to turn adversity into growth, helping them find their strengths and chart new paths forward. Her global coaching community spans Canada, the USA, and Europe, where she continues to inspire resilience and growth.

Beyond coaching, Anna is deeply involved in her local community in North Vancouver. She serves as Chair of the Social Planning Advisory Committee and is a candidate for City Council, working to strengthen community well-being. She also founded the Wonder Wonders Foundation, a non-profit focused on supporting children’s mental health and empowering youth. Through initiatives like the North Shore Kids Festival, which attracts over 10,000 attendees annually, Anna’s passion for uplifting the next generation shines through.

Anna’s personal story of struggle, resilience, and reinvention is the driving force behind her work. She is a living testament to the power of embracing change, and her mission is to help others find the courage and confidence to do the same.
