My name is Andrew (Dru) Murphy. I am a certified ACT/CBT mindset self-worth coach. I am the founder and owner of Level Up Coaching & Consulting.

Helping people has been my passion since I can remember. I know what it is like to not have the confidence or even think that you are worthy or good enough. I grew up in a very toxic, dangerous, and dysfunctional, environment where self-worth nor confidence existed in high quality. So I had to learn the hard way.

When I discovered coaching I realized that I had found my purpose and I felt fulfilled. I could not wait to get started helping as many people as possible. It took me a few years before I figured out just what I was good at and now, I am exactly where I am supposed to be, doing exactly what I am supposed to be doing.

Before I could help anyone I had to learn how to heal first and that journey has led me here to where I am and who I am today.

As your coach, I will be with you every step of the way guiding you and holding you accountable to ensure that you have all the tools needed to become the best version of yourself.

My coaching can be done in both English or Swedish, depending on the needs of the client.
