Amy Kida

Integrative Bodywork Therapist

Amy Kida is a New York State licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor. A member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Raised in upstate New York, she earned a degree in Business Administration from Herkimer College. However, knowing her passion lay in the field of touch therapies, she left traditional education to pursue her dreams. She graduated from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, Florida.

Amy's love for bodywork and exploring bodily systems has driven her lifelong learning mission. She has spent her adult life inspired to learn about energy systems that directly impact human function. Her continuing education includes training with the Upledger Institute, Barral Institute, Touch for Health, Integrative Therapies, the American School of Classical Feng Shui, The Yoga Farm, and various other programs across the USA. In addition to being a Feng Shui consultant, she is certified in reflexology, a yoga teacher, and actively studies other bodywork modalities, including Chi Nei Tsang.

Amy balances her work life with therapy sessions, yoga classes, public speaking, writing, and community volunteer services. Her greatest honor is raising her three children and teaching them the value of living in the present moment. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, and taking on renovation projects or upcycling. She is also a passionate advocate for children and supports education, music, arts, and outdoor living. Her experiences at the therapy table have taught her that there are no do-overs, but we always have the option to do better—it's a personal choice we all make.
