Ambrose Scott Kenny is a dad of two grown up daughters, as well as being a psychologist and psychology counsellor. He has an Honors Masters Degree in Psychology from Edinburgh University. He is also an author and illustrator of books on stress and anxiety as well as writing and illustrating children's picture books. He is an experienced psychology lecturer and contributed to the psychology curriculum taught in Scottish schools and colleges. He spent two years as an Assessor for the Scottish Government on the topic of Personal and Social Development. He is passionate about helping those with anxiety issues, and has a particular interest in stress related issues which lead to Anxiety Disorders, Panic Attacks and Phobias.
