Dr. Allena Brockette Ziza

Dr. Allena Ziza is a retired orthodontist, educator, entrepreneur, and devoted Messianic Jew whose life motto is to “Keep God First always.” As a disciple of Christ, she is positioned to inspire discipleship by integrating her faith into all aspects of her life and work. For 20 years, she successfully ran a thriving orthodontic practice in Washington, DC, serving a diverse clientele. Her practice predominantly cared for children on Medicaid and disadvantaged families, but it also provided services to prominent leaders, including Washington, DC, officials, ambassadors, presidential security personnel, and even an Ethiopian princess. Following a personal and professional transformation during her divorce, Dr. Ziza embraced her calling to serve Christ through education and world peace.

Dr. Ziza holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Spelman College and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers University (Class of 2003). While in dental school, she completed most of the coursework for a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree but prioritized her DMD responsibilities, leaving her thesis incomplete. She went on to complete her orthodontic residency at NYU College of Dentistry (Class of 2005).

She is the founder of Private Professor Academy, an innovative online platform providing academic support in English, math, reading, language arts, and science for students in grades K-12. Driven by her passion for empowering women and children, she envisions a global mission to provide education and healthcare services that foster peace and opportunities for underserved communities.

Her work is deeply rooted in her Christian and Jewish faith, attending synagogue on Fridays and church on Sundays, and dedicating herself to following Biblical principles in her daily life. She is currently applying to the MBA program at NYU Abu Dhabi to enhance her ability to lead international missions and further her vision of becoming a Heavenly Ambassador for peace. Through her academic, professional, and spiritual journey, Dr. Ziza exemplifies her belief in the transformative power of education, faith, and service to inspire others to embrace discipleship and make a lasting impact on the world.
