Alistair Richardson specialises in helping people overcome the effects of trauma. He has worked as an addiction, trauma and EFT therapist for over 15 years and a healer and Reiki teacher for over 20 years. Alistair is also an Intention Tapping Practitioner and Gaia Eternal Light Healer. Alistair has worked at some of the top rehab centres in the UK and internationally, helping thousands of people find freedom from addiction and trauma. He also continues to run his private practice, Life Force Trauma Healing, combining traditional therapy approaches with energy psychology and spiritual methods to offer holistic and tailored support to clients.
