Abegayle Keener

Holistic Life Coach

Abegayle is a 26-year-old holistic life coach who specializes in subconscious reprogramming. She helps women overcome limits, care for their well-being, and achieve their dream lives. Through one-on-one sessions, she helps women program their minds for their highest timeline, where they are not burdened by unhealthy circumstances, habits, and mindsets. They are clear-minded, capable of focusing on what is most important, and able to maintain their well-being while achieving their goals.

Abegayle has studied and practiced what she coaches for years, with many personal victories under her belt as she has manifested wholesome results in each area of her life. It seems she has cracked the code on manifesting a dream life. As an aspiring public speaker and author, she currently speaks on YouTube and writes blogs as she works toward these goals. She is a survivor who has overcome significant struggles in her life, which gave her the opportunity to tap into her inner power, resilience, and excellence. During her journey through hardship, she found a deeper understanding of life that led to a complete transformation. With consistent commitment to her goals, investing in personal growth, and seeing every challenge as a catalyst for an inner world glow-up, she has reshaped her path.

This transformation gifted Abegayle wisdom and built skills that apply to her work today as an empowering holistic coach. In 2023, as she closed the chapter on her past working in nightlife and her years of training as a coach, she started her business, "Goddessing Universally." Her catchphrase, "You are a goddess, but are you goddessing?" reflects the idea that women are inherently worthy and more than enough—but are they embodying that? It is one thing to think you are worthy and another to act on it in a way that shows you know it, to show up as that worthy, successful goddess in real life. This is not just a business; it is a mission—to empower women globally to embody excellence and self-worth.

The coach understands the suffering that comes with all kinds of relationships, mental health struggles, physical blockages in wellness, career confusion, social life challenges, feeling disconnected from one's power, limiting beliefs, and lacking confidence in one's identity. Abegayle had to rebuild her identity, sense of self, self-worth, and vision for her life brick by brick, from the ground up, while facing painful adversity and obstacles. In doing so, she blazed a trail toward a flourishing new path and success.

Her achievements include launching the successful brand "Goddessing Universally," graduating from the Achology Life Coach School, coaching many women one-on-one, and being featured in Authority Medium Magazine and The Life Coach Code. She has also been recognized by her peers for her work. Not to mention the personal struggles and adversity she has overcome to be here, leading others through life.

Abegayle is a dog lover, having had many over the years. Her hobbies include hiking, outdoor sports, dancing, reading, painting, and indulging in luxury self-care. She enjoys reading educational books on personal growth, spirituality, psychology, biohacking, and Ayurveda—anything that helps her grow. She has an open mind and seeks to learn more about caring for her own life as well as the people in it. Abegayle also loves fantasy fiction, including romance, adventure, and mysteries. She prioritizes her self-development, consistently investing in her skills to enhance both her work and the quality of her own life.

This is only the beginning. She has ambitious goals for creating an impact on many levels. She is refining her Spanish skills, which she has studied since childhood, and is currently learning French. She lives a holistically healthy lifestyle, prioritizing her well-being first, including sleep, exercise, meal prepping, and mental hygiene. She once struggled with insomnia, eating disorders, substance abuse, and being underweight. In the past, she also faced severe depression, anxiety, and C-PTSD. Now, she consistently works out, is well-read on health, is not substance-dependent, and knows what is best for her well-being. More importantly, she is consistent in her actions to maintain this healthy state.

She has found tremendous growth in exploring the cyclical nature of the female body and learning how to live a life that honors being a woman, balancing her hormones, and aligning her lifestyle with what feels natural for her body. She survived a serious accident that left her injured, but she recovered physically and continues to be a pole dancing athlete despite the injury. She even competed in a pole competition after that tragic event.

Another transformation worth highlighting is how she overcame abuse, exploitation, and people-pleasing. She now knows her worth, has learned essential communication skills, and honors that worth through her actions while maintaining compassion. She has experience navigating life as a narcissistic abuse survivor and is trauma-informed on the subject.

The YouTuber has been sharing her journey on YouTube for the last few years, reaching over 500 subscribers and 75,000 viewers last year. This only scratches the surface of Abegayle’s journey, her work as a coach, and what she stands for. Through her devotion, determination, and perseverance, she has been able to transform her own life, enabling her to relentlessly show up in her full power to help many others succeed. As you can see, she has already impacted many with her story, the growth she has displayed over the years, and her contributions to society. To this day, Abegayle’s legacy continues to inspire women around the world and future generations to believe in themselves.

Lucius Annaeus Seneca once said, "Sometimes, even to live takes courage." In her darkest moments, this quote held a different meaning for Abegayle. Now, it serves as a reminder that life gets better. To her, courage is no longer just about surviving—it is about putting yourself out there, living a life that is awe-inspiring, allowing life to feel amazing, loving, being loved, and truly going out into the world to live fully.

"It takes courage to be full of love and joy," Abegayle said. "It takes courage to live an imperfect life as your raw self and allow yourself to feel that is more than enough." As she continues to empower others through her work, encouraging them to take up space and live their fullest lives, the world eagerly awaits the next chapters of her story. It is evident that Abegayle’s heart is in her mission. From dark times to becoming a beacon of light for the world, she has proven that with a change of heart and strategic hard work, your dreams can be your reality.
