She left a 15-year career in multinational food and pharma to help clients with weight loss, emotional eating, and stress management. With a background in biotechnology, food engineering, life coaching, and studies in strategic change at Oxford University, she supports her clients using an integrative approach to wellness. Her coaching style is based on respect for bio-individuality, root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, and the need for accountability to achieve long-lasting change.
