A trained engineer, global speaker, and innovation expert, Stacy has trained thousands of professionals and guided transformations for Fortune 500 companies, universities, and mission-driven organizations worldwide.

Stacy’s academic foundation includes a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Doctorate in Technology focused on Technology, Leadership, and Innovation from Purdue University, as well as an MBA from Auburn University. Her groundbreaking research explores the intersection of growth mindset, AI curiosity, and innovative thinking–revealing critical insights into human-centered development and adaptability in today’s rapidly changing world. She has also trained at Stanford’s d.school and holds certifications in leadership coaching and Insights Discovery.
